About Greenville Pressure Washers

Greenville Pressure Washers is a small, local exterior-cleaning crew serving Greenville County — no franchise fees baked into the price, no salesman between you and the person doing the work.

How We Think About This Work

Exterior cleaning is a trade with a low bar and a high ceiling. The low bar is a rental machine and a Facebook post. The ceiling is knowing why the north wall is green and the south wall isn’t, which chemistry kills roof algae without touching the azaleas below it, what oxidized vinyl does under a wand, and when to tell a customer that a stain is permanent instead of promising a miracle. We built this company around the ceiling.

That’s why every page on this site explains method, not just results — soft wash for siding and roofs, surface cleaners for concrete, wood-safe detergents for decks. An educated customer is our best customer, because the difference between us and the cheap quote only makes sense once you know how the work is actually done.

The Boring Details That Matter

Licensed and insured. Written quotes with every line item visible before we start. A walkthrough at the end of every job, and a simple guarantee: if a cleaned area doesn’t look right, we re-clean it free. Photos of completed work — gutter runs, roof slopes, anything you can’t easily inspect yourself — sent to your phone.

Local, and Priced Like It

We live and work in the Upstate. Our routes run from downtown Greenville out through Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Taylors, and Travelers Rest — which means the truck is rarely far from your street, and neighborhood-day bundles keep prices down for everyone. How We Work

    • Method matched to surface. Siding and roofs get soft washed at low pressure. Concrete gets real pressure through a surface cleaner. Using one approach for both is how damage happens.
    • Landscaping soaked before, rinsed after. A few extra minutes, and it is the difference between healthy beds and a claim.
    • Test first on anything uncertain. Old paint, oxidized siding, stained concrete — we prove settings somewhere nobody looks.
    • You inspect before we leave. If a spot does not look right, we re-clean it on the spot.
    • You are told what we cannot fix. Oxidation, embedded artillery fungus, decade-old oil. Before we start, not after.

    Where We Stop

    • We will not pressure wash siding — vinyl, Hardie or painted wood. High pressure drives water behind the laps and leaves marks that do not come out.
    • We will not pressure wash a roof. It strips granules and commonly voids shingle warranties.
    • We will not promise to restore oxidized siding.
    • We will not run commercial wash water into a storm drain to save time.
    • We do not stain, seal on the same day, or repair. We clean and prep, and we tell you who to call for the rest.

    Our Guarantee

You inspect the work with us before we leave. If a spot does not look right, we re-clean it on the spot. Notice something after we have gone, call within a week and we come back. No forms, no conditions attached.

    Published Pricing, On Purpose

Search pressure washing in Greenville and you will mostly find contact forms. If nobody publishes, a homeowner cannot tell a fair quote from a bad one — so they take the lowest, which is how vinyl siding ends up pressure washed. Every number we charge is on the pricing page.

    Insurance and Access

We carry general liability coverage, and a certificate naming your entity is available before the first visit. For residential work we need an outside spigot and access to gates on both sides. You do not need to be home beyond the walkaround, if you want one.
